History & Biography
Sole member Noxathra gazed upon the metal scene in 2016 and remarked how he was in merely a dozen black metal bands. After all, Rogga Johnasson had joined a dozen death metal bands just that year. Betting sites and main street bookies had given high odds to how the next band by the man would be called Adverwm, but Noxathra launched Nightwalker in that year.

The Nightwalker demo was followed by The Witches Sabbath and the 2020 EP Dark Sorcery. Grave Chamber Meditation (2021) and Night Over Ancient Ruins (also 2021) followed. Grimoire Tenebrarum was the debut record in 2024. A very limited EP, called Wiccecræft, came in early 2025. Amor Fati Productions released The Eternal Flame Of Death, also an EP by Germany-based black metal band Nightwalker on March 21, 2025.
