History & Biography
The Bavarian doom metal duo was founded by Empyrium members in 2004. Prophecy issued the group's debut. The Grimalkin featured three songs and over 40 minutes of music. Waltzing in Obscurity arrived 11 years after its predecessor, although there was an EP a year before it. The White Lady was a 2021 demo. It narrated the story of a ghost haunting the Plassenburg Castle. Germany-based doom metal duo Noekk returned with a new album, called Vergessenes, through House Of Inkantation on 28.08.2026.

In the Crescent City books, Noekk are water creatures that are able to transform into beautiful white horses and other species.
