History & Biography
The band was founded in Paris in November of 2000. Sacral Productions signed the act and issued Eternal Winter Domain. The group was on hiatus. The band toured Europe with Kampfar in 2006. A Nydvind/Bornholm split single appeared in 2011 and the band again went on hiatus. Tetramental I - Seas of Oblivion is meant to be part of a tetralogy or four acts. Éric Tabourier left in 2020. The band appeared at Fensch Viking Fest in 2024. He was not replaced immediately. Tetramental II - Telluria was issued to begin 2025. Per the band, "The second chapter of our tetralogy dedicated to the 4 elements of nature, 'Telluria' is the album of the Earth..." The group was billed for Dark Medieval Fest 2025. Jeremy Briquet became the drummer in 2025.

The band is alternately called pagan or Viking or “Nordic Heathen metal”. Nesh plays guitar in concert and a concert musician accompanies the band.
