History & Biography
This doom/pop metal group existed under another name for a year before becoming Paradigma in 1991. The New Paradigma was the band’s 1991 demo issued through the group’s own Abnormal Disarray imprint complete with soprano vocals. As Autumn Dies was the 1994 demo. Head Not Found signed the band and released the group’s sole full-length album. The same label issued an EP called Skadi in 1996. It mainly contained cover versions. The band went its way in 2001 only to return in 2006. Eirik M. Roald was on cello. Kjetil Hektoen was the new drummer. A recording from 2001, called The Beckonings Of Lost Light (earlier billed as The Majesties Of A Long Forgotten Lake Deep In The Woods Where Trolls And Evil Forces Dwell), was never issued. Eidskrem left in 2009. New bassist Eidskrem had died in 2001.
