History & Biography
The flower metal act was founded in 2017 as Paladin and became Power Paladin 2020. The band had played at Iceland Airwaves festival in 2019. Nuclear Blast founder Markus Staiger, who sold his company to Believe Digital several years prior, launched a new company called Atomic Fire GmbH. The label announced the signing of Iceland-based Power Paladin in 2021. The label issued a single called Kraven The Hunter in 2021 in advance of the full-length of 2022.

Power Paladin had a sophomore record, Beyond The Reach Of Enchantment, through the Roar Label on 27.03.2026. It was recorded at Windfyre Studio in Iceland. Alchemia guitarist Óskar Rúnarsson was subbing for the band on stage.

A ‘Paladin’ is either a military leader or a set of fictional European knights.
