History & Biography Presence was present on the scene for a short period in Grenoble in Southeast France beginning 1982. Drummer Daniel “Dede” Despres was replaced as the band broke up in 1984 after an abortive attempt at recording a demo in 1983. A 1985 demo was heard before Rock Your Life arrived on Power Records. The label also issued a single called No Way. The band embarked on a tour with Demon Eyes and Fisc, which was cut short due to a lack of organization. No Remorse Records re-issued this album in 2015 and tagged the demo on as well. Liotard had become a producer and studio manager and worked with several bands like Nightmare.
