History & Biography This band operated as Prophets Of Doom for three years between 1987 and 1990. The band had other monickers before and after and was either exercising poor judgment in picking monickers or simply suffering from ADD.
Pieces In A Pattern was a 1987 demo. It featured the almost nine-minute-long track, Prophets Of Doom. Horizons End was not just an astute observation, but also a 1988 demo. Access To Wisdom was a 1989 album and skipped the aforementioned song, Prophets Of Doom. Oddly, guitarist Per M Hansen and drummer Per Rasmussen played on the 1987 demo and in the follow-up band Northern Empire, but were not on the record. This was a pattern prevalent in the band’s other incarnations.
