History & Biography
The act became active in 2025 and began uploading songs. No sooner had the band been formed and songs were contemplated that drummers Cosmo Wassenaar and Nico Beemster left. The Netherlands-based Prophets Of Thwaites had an EP called Vulnerant Omnes Ultima Necat through Pest Records in 2026. The band mixed pop with doom.

Thwaites refers to the Thwaites Glacier in West Antarctica, an enormous glacier that due to climate chaos is retreating rapidly and is sometimes nicknamed the 'doomsday glacier.'
