History & Biography There is a bunch of Redrum running red on the metal scene, but this California, USA-based group was an earlier one. Founded as legion before changing names in 1984, the thrashers issued Blood Sucking' Freaks demo in 1985. Power Corrupts was a 1987 demo. It featured several live tracks. The song Random Violence was heard on Metal Massacre IX. The band’s entry was deleted from a re-release of Metal Massacres 8 and 9 however. Disarm And Survive was a further demo. Confusingly, the band issued a demo compilation of sorts, also called Power Corrupts, in 1989. Evil Legend Records re-released it with a new cover in 2007. Evil's End was a 1989 demo. The group disbanded, attempted a comeback with guitarist Don Adams in 1991 and quickly reconsidered and disappeared. The band claimed a reformation in 2005 and disappeared.
