History & Biography
The band with a name inspired by the book Do Androids Dream Of Electric Sheep? and the film Blade Runner was founded in 2014. Members had been in Painted Rust. PRC Music released an EP called Worthless Desires for the techno-death metal act in 2016. Bassist TG (Tom) left and became a session musician. Michael Gonçalves switched from guitar to bass. A full-length was released two years later. Hypochondria Of The Machine was a 2019 demo, which Transcending Obscurity rereleased in 2025. Speaking of which, the label had issued the band's 2021 and 2024 albums. Itay Keren had joined in 2021. Replicant and Anachronism announced a European tour for 2024. USA-based death metal bands Pyrrhon and Replicant were touring Europe together in August 2025.

Replicant is a part-time affair and the members weave in and out of a baker's dozen of side-projects.
