History & Biography
The act that was founded in 2009 issued a demo, called Gemartert Geschunden Verheert, in 2013. Singer Michael "Michl" Schneckenleitner and guitarist Florian "Flow" Krondorfer left. Floho also took over the microphone. The Austria-based Richthammer had worked since 2016 on a concept album called Ascheland, which was then released under producer Jay Hundert on his Studio Hundert label. Ascheland Tour was sporadic dates in support of acts like Dimmu Borgir or Rotting Christ. The band was also in Slovakia for Metal Days 2019. The group appeared at Metal Escalation Festival and Black Creek Festival in 2024. Austria-based Richthammer uploaded a song called Parasitismus in 2025. The death/black metal band’s lyrics here alternated between German and English.
