History & Biography
1981 gave the world a fantastic Australian movie called Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior. 35 years later Australia gave the world a heavy metal band with a 2016 demo called Ignition. Guitarist Darren McLennan (Fury) was also heard here. Overdryve and Denimal already shared several other projects and so the demo’s material were actually partly meant for the act, Johnny Touch. Heavy Chains Records rereleased the demo. Gates Of Hell Records released the group’s debut album in 2018. The band had imagined a mini-LP, but the label asked for a full-length. The follow-up arrived in 2020. The engine ceased revving.
