History & Biography
Sacro Ordine, formally known as Sacro Ordine Dei Cavalieri Di Parsifal, formed in the province of Gorizia, Italy around 2000. The band dissolved in 2009 before the reformation of 2013. The monicker refers to the legend of King Arthur and translates into 'The Holy Order Of Parsifal's Knights.' Paolo Sartori (ex-Rigor Mortis like drummer Bruschina) was the bassist between 2000 and 2013.

The first recorded output was a self-titled that came out in 2005 and featured tracks like Stone River and Prey Of Pride. That demo showcased classic heavy metal rooted in the NWOBHM tradition, with lyrical themes around honour, war and vengeance. Live 2015 was a demo in that year. It was taped at The Fortress Festival 2015.

The debut full‑length album Heavy Metal Thunderpicking landed after a long gestation in April 2018 - recalling that the band was founded in 2000 - and was released through Sliptrick Records. Influenced by Iron Maiden, Manowar, Candlemass and others, it featured twin‑guitar harmonies by Carlo Venuti and Davide Olivieri, rhythm by Claudio “The Reaper” (bass) and Luca Komavli (drums) and Paolo Fumis on vocals. The act performed at shows such as the Karst Rock Festival in Sgonico, Italy. Five years after their debut LP, Sacro Ordine returned with a second studio album Until The End, released on Underground Symphony. The record continued the epic metal path and featured dual lead and backing vocals from both Claudio and Davide, while the band distilled the sound into a four‑member line-up without Paolo Fumis who had stepped aside prior to the recording. Drummer Luca Komavli left in 2025 and was replaced by Pablo Antonio Rivera (Castricum). Massimo Cechet (also Immortal Enemy and Animal House) was the new singer.
