Saħħar, magician in Maltese, was a solo balck metal act beginning in 2026. The 'black magic' (Magija Sewda) demo of 2007 was the first release. The follow-up demo, Genesis Of Demise, featured a Burzum cover version. Follow-up demos were Mera Mkissra, Difna fl-Infern, Pusseduti Bil-Ħażen, Kruha U Kefrija and Kliem It-Tmiem. The 2018 demo Thine Triumphant Death switched to English whereas the band had worked a minority of English into the mainly Maltese work in the past. Solo act Saħħar had a single called L-Imlejka on December 8th 2023. This track delved into the lore of Malta and a mythological character known as the Little/Young Queen of the new year. Ruinis Melitensis - Live was a live recording in 2024.
Malta-based black metal act Saħħar announced the release of its full-length album, Migja ta Mohh Mignun, through Time To Kill Records for June of 2026. This was the fourth chapter from the concept album Miġja Ta Moħħ Miġnun (Journey Of A Mad Mind).
