History & Biography
Saidan was founded in 2020 and showed an incredible discipline and regimen - akin to a Japanese salaryman - in the quantity of its releases. Singer, guitarist and bassist Splatterpvnk and Hundosai, who joined in 2021, utilized concert members. Onryō: Vengeful Spirits In The Eastern Night was the 2020 demo and indicated the band's intention to join the hordes of weeaboo on the scene. There was a split with some obscure act called Klanen next. The first full-length did not back off from the band's weeb intentions and was issued in March of 2021. The act was booked for the Mass Destruction Metal Fest in 2024.

Tómarúm announced a string of North American tour dates with support from Saidan in mid-2025. The members were also in Velvet Cross as of 2025. USA-based Weeb act Saidan had an album called Fangdriller: Scars Beneath Memories Wrist through Avantgarde Music in June 2026. The band had a video for the song Immersed By Eternity’s Blade.

The band's logo is furnished with a katana, a Japanese sword.
