It is like a breath of fresh (putrid) air. No, it's not atmospheric doom. Nor is it black death metal. Wrong again, it's not melodic death and definitely not gothic metal - whatever that is! This is pure unadulterated death metal.
Following the success of Deeds Of Flesh, it seems as if Repulse Records has decided to return to its roots and once again sign real bands. This time the label has signed USA's Sepsism (the name refers to the most venomous snake) which combines blasting master cuts with crushing death blows and a sickening Broken Hope-ish vomit. L.A.'s finest delivers this American death virus without a hint of compromise. This is for the strong, as songs like Dissection (fast riff), Brutally Butchered (faster riff) and others like Murdering At Random and Shredded In Cannibalistic Violence demonstrate.
