Reviews THE OBSESSED - INCARNATE - SOUTHERN LORD
Incarnate is another re-release courtesy of Southern Lord. The Obsessed is a fairly well-known doom metal band whose material lives up to any other band on the scene. The band's collection of dirges are obviously Sabbath-influenced, but the Weinrich and company put their own individual stamp on things. The material on this CD is culled from the early '90s and the disc features a video and two cover versions in addition to the usual fare. Groovy! - Ali "The Metallian"
