Faustian bassist/vocalist Sam has issued the following statement: “(Guitarist) Matt and I have worked with Apocalyptic Witchcraft before and would sign our children and vital organs to Conor and the label. Romania-based extreme band MAUNA SOL has uploaded a lyric video for the song A New Life, which is taken from its upcoming debut album, which will be released through Loud Rage Music this spring.

UK-based post-metal/sludge/doom solo project CHULLACHAQUI has announced the release of its demo, Epiphanic Perdition, for June 5th, 2026. This is the act of Matt Cooper of VULGARIS.

Australia-based industrial death metal band THE AMENTA has reunited with its original singer, Mark “Cesium 137” Bevan, who last performed on the act’s 2004 debut album Occasus. The act will open four shows in Australia supporting Ulcerate this spring.

Belgium-based SHEWOLFF has a debut EP, called We’re All Gonna Fukkin’ Die, through Dying Victims Productions in May of 2026. The band is described as a crossover act.

Reaper Entertainment has signed Finland-based melodic death metal band WOLFHEART.

WITHOUT THE SUN shall release an album called III through Art Gates Records in June of 2026. There is a lyric video for the song Stasis.

Colombia-based so-called symphonic metal band BRAINBLAST has signed with Extreme Management Group (EMG) and Artist Manager J.C. Zuñiga. The band released its debut full-length album, Colossus Suprema, through Rebel Pyro Musick in November of 2025.

Australia-based “groove metal” band SECULAR has uploaded a song called Heretic.

Germany-based band, and ink models, GREH has uploaded a song named Summoning Aversion in advance of a 2027 demo called The Tyranny Of Expectations. “The track marks a clear shift in direction for the German trio, moving away from their earlier doom influences and embracing a harsher blend of black metal and atmospheric synth-driven textures.”

Ireland-based sludge band TOOMS has an album called Karst on CD through Road To Masochist, vinyl through Cursed Monk Records and cassette through Fiadh Productions on 29.05.2026.

Hungary-based sludge/stoner act OBEY THE SUN has a music video for the song You Lil’ Shit. It follows the band’s Desert Ritual EP, which was released by Eclipse Records.

Metal fans should be cautious given the presence of synthesizers and viola. Ireland-based solo act BALASHTOTH has a full-length album, Equation II – The Antithesis Of Life And Free Will through Records, Metal Ör Die Records and Balazs Toth’s own Not-Even-Music in June of 2026. Three tracks from the album feature Adam Toth (KAJGŪN, ex-THE DETHRONERS and ART OF DETHRONEMENT) on viola or Moog synthesisers.

FEELINGLESS and I LEGION present a song called Two Worlds Colliding through Art Gates Records. The songwriting collaboration between Hugo (FEELINGLESS) and Frederic Riverin (I LEGION) comes, of course, with the guest vocals of Björn Strid (SOILWORK).
